My private cooking classes in Tuscany are not demonstrations, they’re shared experiences. We work side by side,
hands in the dough, stories on the table. You learn the techniques behind dishes you’ve always loved, discover the
ingredients that make Maremma’s cuisine unlike anywhere else in Italy, and sit down at the end to eat what
you’ve made together.
Every class is designed around the group, its size, its pace, its curiosity. Whether you’re a complete beginner or
someone who already knows their way around a kitchen, the experience adapts to you. The goal is never
perfection. It’s presence: an hour or two that feels genuinely Tuscan, in the most authentic sense of the word.
